Ebro Puleva to close 2 plants in USA, dismiss 150 workers.

(ADPnews) - Sep 15, 2009 - Spanish food group Ebro Puleva (MCE:EVA) will close two of its plants in the USA, dismissing some 150 employees in 2010, the company said in a filing to Spain's stock market regulator CNMV on Monday.

The affected plants are located in Memphis and Houston, in the states of Tennessee and Texas, respectively.
